The Board of Trustees is the supervisory body of the ARL.
The Academic Advisory Board consists of internationally recognised figures from a range of countries who are not members of the Academy. It provides advice on scientific and organisational issues.

The General Assembly of Members is formed by members of the ARL who advise on matters of fundamental policy and the main focuses of ARL activities.
