Land as a scarce resource: The ARL brings experts together in Brussels for European dialogue

On 1 October 2025 the ARL – Academy for Territorial Development in the Leibniz Association hosted its second ARL Brussels Talk at the Representation of Lower Saxony to the EU in Brussels.

Nearly 30 people attended the event, which combined keynote contributions with interactive elements to explore land policies in Europe from different perspectives.
