Networking

A special feature of the TRUST/ARL Research Training Group is the networking opportunities offered by the ARL and the Research Centre TRUST. The doctoral students employed in the ARL take part in the activities of the staff network and the ARL Headquarters. They also participate in the clusters and events of the Research Centre TRUST. The doctoral students of the Research Centre TRUST can in turn participate in selected ARL activities. The doctoral students thus gain a deeper insight into inter- and transdisciplinary work, which increases the knowledge transfer between the Research Centre, the Research Training group and the ARL.

In addition, the staff of the ARL support the doctoral students as mentors. This enables the participants to become familiar with university and non-university research as well as different fields of activity and career opportunities.
