Survey: Planning, from theory to practice

The Transport Studies Unit, University of Oxford (United Kingdom) in partnership with the Centre for Research on Territory, Transports and Environment of the University of Porto (Portugal) are currently conducting a research project aimed at understanding the key outlines and drivers of contemporary planning practice. Their aim is to verify whether what is being theorised in contemporary planning-related journals matches reality as perceived by planning professionals. This survey is open to urban and transport planners, planning consultants, but also other professionals (e.g. civil engineers, architects, legal advisors on land use as well as researchers) whose activities directly influence or are related with planning practice.
